Hello Mujeeb,
Google Adsense is a program offered by Google which is meant to be used by website owners to earn money by displaying Google Ads on your website.
To signup for Google Adsense click the button "Signup" on this page:
adsense.google.com if you already have a Google account, if you don't have a google account you have to first create one here:
www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount .
Once you have created Google account and Google Adsense account, you are ready to create google Ads according to the colors, design and space you want to display Ads on your website, to view the available sizes and styles of Google Adsense Ads look here:
www.google.com/adsense/static/en_GB/AdFormats.html .
Create the type of Ad you want in your Google Adsense account which will result in generation of a Javascript which you have to pasted in place on your web page where you want to display Ad on your website.
Once you have pasted the code in your webpage, it will take around 10 minutes, after which Google Ads will start showing up on your website. Adsense is a totally dynamic system of Advertisement, that is, it will automatically display the Ads suitable to your web page which will be related to the words used in your title and content of the webpage.
HOW TO EARN MAXIMUM WITH GOOGLE ADSENSE?
This is a million dollar question, I will cover this in my later replies, in short to be able to earn most with google adsense:
1. You have to have decent amount of web traffic on your website (how to have good traffic on your website is again a different story and I may cover it up later).
2. You gotta use high paying keyword in your articles, their titles and the same must be displaying in the title bar of the brower. Also the page title must be wrapped within <h1></h2> tags.
NOW how to entice visitors to click on those Ads, which Ads are better, which color are better, whether image Ads are good or text Ads or link Ads are again million dollar questions and I've learned about them a lot from my research spreading about 2 years ... will discuss that later.
